Our Mission
Our mission is to provide honest simple leasing. Our main focus is our tenants. Our goal is to be honest with everyone during the home selection phase and keep the leasing phase as simple as possible for our tenants. Once you have signed with us our main focus is keeping everything as simple as possible during your residency with us. Our management is always available to answer your questions and we employ a full time maintenance staff that promptly addresses any service issues that may arise. We want your stay with us to be a great experience that will hopefully have you consider staying with us multiple years or recommending us to all of your friends and family.
Our Company
Bergen Property Management is a Norman based company that was formed in 2004. Our goal was to provide renovated housing options for the city of Norman and the students at the University of Oklahoma.
We have 47 units available to rent, ranging from five bedroom homes to one bedroom lofts. Most of our units have undergone major renovations with new lighting, new flooring, new kitchens, new bathrooms, new paint, or fresh curb appeal. All of our units are extremely well maintained and we employ a full time maintenance staff should any issues arise.
All of our homes also come with appliances and complementary lawn care.
