We only do 12 month leases.

Pets depend on a lot of factors and are determined on a case by case & house by house basis.

Rent is due on the 1st of the month and is considered late after the 5th.

The security deposit is strictly a deposit.  It is held until the tenant moves out and returned after a review of the condition/cleanliness of the house.  The first months’ rent is still due on move-in day.

We employ a maintenance staff to take care of all maintenance needs.

Lawn care and appliances are included with all of our properties.

Each person would need insurance to cover their personal belongings.
